Well I'm not the one to ask about what happens to your body when you turn 40! That's when I found my lump! But I guess I've made it to 45 now, so it can't all be bad news.

I have the vertigo thing going on also. Part of the reason I use the sinus rinse is to keep things from getting backed up into my ears. I've had a couple of colds when I could barely stand up. Much easier just to prevent it in the first place.
A couple of weeks ago when i was on our medical insurance website I noticed that you could do a search for specialist and naturopath was listed. That would be really cool...it ends up not costing me anything to see a naturopath.
However, it did say that some of the services might not be covered, so i need to check out their list and see what is covered and what is not. In Washington state, you are required to do 4 years of naturopathy school beyond college and be licensed. So you are allowed to be a primary care provider and thus I believe the insurance companies are required to cover the cost as if it was a regular doctor.
I found one listed on our ppo list that seems to specialize in cancer patients and he also works with your medical doctor. Some of them don't like to work with regular doctors and there is no way I'm going to give up my regular doctor. But I would like to try and see what type of complimentary approaches they can offer.
