Well I'm not the one to ask about what happens to your body when you turn 40! That's when I found my lump! But I guess I've made it to 45 now, so it can't all be bad news.

I have the vertigo thing going on also. Part of the reason I use the sinus rinse is to keep things from getting backed up into my ears. I've had a couple of colds when I could barely stand up. Much easier just to prevent it in the first place.
A couple of weeks ago when i was on our medical insurance website I noticed that you could do a search for specialist and naturopath was listed. That would be really cool...it ends up not costing me anything to see a naturopath.
However, it did say that some of the services might not be covered, so i need to check out their list and see what is covered and what is not. In Washington state, you are required to do 4 years of naturopathy school beyond college and be licensed. So you are allowed to be a primary care provider and thus I believe the insurance companies are required to cover the cost as if it was a regular doctor.
I found one listed on our ppo list that seems to specialize in cancer patients and he also works with your medical doctor. Some of them don't like to work with regular doctors and there is no way I'm going to give up my regular doctor. But I would like to try and see what type of complimentary approaches they can offer.

They lasted less than a year before the color on the metal began to peel and the nose pieces were barely hanging on. NEVER again!

Though if I started Cymbalta.. that can cause weight loss.. hmmmmm.

We all got to-go boxes but the food was good, the prices were good ($8 or $9 for a big pizza). It's always packed in this restaraunt and I always wanted to try it. My friends ordered me a madori sour and I didn't like it. I thought it tasted like Robitussin and they laughed and finished the drink for me. At least I tried but I just don't like the taste of alcohol. After dinner we went to Cost Plus World Market and I had a coupon for $10 off of a purchase of $30 or more. I was able to find a b-day gift for my mom. Her b-day is this weekend and I also ordered a cake for her that I am picking up tomorrow. It's from this Chinese bakery but their cakes are affordable and delicious and light and have tasty fruit on top and in the filling
at first I was so shocked, I was like.... Ummmmm... We need to bring your mom in on this one. Then I talked to dh about it, and we both were like.... No! We don't know his mom, she is going to be to far away if she gets into a situation she can't handle, she hasnt knownhimlong enough for something like that, and she is just to young for a weekend with a boy! So we told her no. We aren't comfortable with it. We laid it out for her, she got it.. Thank goodness! I was prepared for a fight, but she knew we would say no. Why even ask then? I told her she could go for the day, but that's it.
