Chatham Square vs Patterson Court/I need Photos Plz!!!!!!!

hmm Im thinking about taking the CP from August to December 2010.

For the apartments Im thinking about Chatham and Patterson I like both, I have seen videos and photos, the only thing that I don't like about Chatham is the green carpet lol, but Patterson is the newer one. Which is the better one? I'm leaning forward to Patterson it looks nicer.

The thing that I'm wondering to hear about from people who are there now is what sort of atitude is Patterson aquiring? Is it still very Chatham like or is it in between the two as far as..?

From what I have heard Chatham is a wish choice because the buses do not stop at Patterson. Patterson people have to walk to Chatham to catch the bus... Something to consider...

i recently went to a meeting on my campus and the student reps said that patterson is still pretty quiet and also that the bus doesn't stop there. 4 out of the 5 reps said chatham is the best.

well the bus stop distance is not a problem for me, but the space in the apartments it is and more if you are in a 3 bedroom.... how about the prices in both apartments?

Chatham is cheaper then Patterson

My opinion is Chatham. I stayed there and LOVED it. It's cheaper, the apartments are bigger, the buses stop there, and they have 4-bedroom apartments. Patterson is newer and the landscaping is nicer. Those are the only pluses I see with Patterson. I am planning to do another program and Chatham will definitely be my first choice.

Plus, Chatham 4-bedroom apartments have two full-sized refrigerators <3

Oh well Thank You for the info Chatham was my first choice, until i find out about Patterson but Chatham is taking the lead again lol....

I lived at Chatham and had to walk to Patterson for a class and the walk to me seemed like a 10 minute walk... maybe it was shorter, but in the Florida heat, it took forever

lol I know i live in Puerto Rico so Im used to the heat, but sometimes a short walk seemed longer like you said

Btw, thanks por este thread pq tambien tenia la duda entre Patterson y Chatham y ahora estoy bastante segura de q quiero Chatham.

cool yo pienso cojer si m aceptan Fall agosto a enero 2010 y toy casi seguro de chatham tambn pero toy investigando un poco mas tengo tiempo todavia pero toy 90% seguro de chatham al menos sabre q estara un bori ahi tambn jeje
