Just to say I'm sorry if I appeared rude in the chat room tonight by not responding very quickly to anything - I couldn't work out what to do (never been in one before I'm sorry to say!) so I do apologise if my netiquette was lacking in any way...

Hi Karen

I'm sorry you were having problems in Chat! Please don't feel you need to apologise - I wasn't aware that you were in trouble, but one of us should have been able to help you if we'd known.

Chat can be very confusing until you get used to it but, basically, you read from the bottom of the screen and type into the box at the bottom, then hit 'enter' for your text to appear.

Have a look here at Kath's (nativetxn) note for Chat. I'm sure it will help
