Chat not working

I just tried use the Chat function and it said I was outside of the hours f operation....... I didn't see a notice that is was closed. Anyone else had this issue?

When I tried the other day it wouldn't work. I logged out and then back in and it worked fine. Worth a try.

I often find if there are no chat associate available it will say you are outside of hours of operation. If I try again a bit later it will work and I will get someone.

I love that feature. I just used it today to add a name to a reservation.
