We do love the Chase lounge to cool off or charge the phone, but the Illuminations viewing not so much....Too many people. We left and found a better spot.
The lounge is great though!

I knew nothing about these concerts and googled... now I am rearranging my touring plan because AIR SUPPLY!!!!!

I've been in the Chase Lounge the past three years, nothings really changed, people fight/jocky for the never enough charging stations. The Coke Freestyle machines have a tiny line for tiny cups of free soda. But what amazes me the most about the Chase Lounge is the lack of an actual Chaise Lounge.

Is the Illuminations viewing area actually worth it?

"Worth" is a relative term, you don't have to fight your way and hold spots for an hour or two ahead of time. You can just flash your band or card and get on it right up to the last second. It is an open area with no trees blocking your view so if you do walk up you still get a decent view just with people in front of you.
