I just recently got the Chase Disney Visa and was dismayed to hear that the perks expire in September, since I got it specifically for the extra perks. Last week I called the number they have exclusively for the Disney Visa and the rep said that he believes that there is an expiration date, but wasn't sure. He transferred me to someone in another department that knew more about it. That rep told me that the contract is renegotiated every year, and from what he understands, the stroller, meet and greet and priority seating will stay the same. He wouldn't say for 100%, understandable, but explained that if they canceled the perks there would be a lot of unhappy card holders. I have to agree - other than the perks the $1 reward for each $1 spent is really not that much. Since I try to pay off my balance every month it is worth it, but if we were paying 14% interest I'd cancel the card and use my airlines reward card instead.
Have you ever booked a package through them and gotten the little backpack and luggage tag? And preferred seating? I have not, and currently cannot as the package expires before I go. I am hoping they will add something in the next month for the fall besides '4th night free'. 
I wish we could stay an additional night. I have been trying to sweet talk my dh into another night, but the rates have also gone up for that Friday night as well. Bummer. I was hoping DLH would offer a room only rate for Nov. and I could spend one night there! That would be awesome. I'm so jealous of your AP! I would love to be able to get to Disney even more!
