Chase Card Incentives onboard?

From the Disney Visa website: You'll receive a $50 onboard credit for beverages when you pay for your Disney Cruise Line vacation in full with your Disney Visa Card and mention this offer. Call 1-800-257-2024 or your travel agent to book a Disney Cruise Line vacation and ask for booking code DCC.

So once the cruise is paid in full just call them and they will add the credit to my stateroom account? When does this need to be done?

I wish i was more helpful on this, but I don't know. I used a TA and she knew we used the Disney Chase card, so she handled the OBC.

I called about this but my paid-in-full date isn't until Sept - I was told I have to call when I am paid in full...not now...because you can't get the credit unless you use the card...and they won't know if you use the card until you are paid in full

We had paid for our cruise with our Disney Visa, and our TA had put in the code. While on board, I noted that we had not received the on board credit. I checked with Guest Services in the evening, and they said they would have to check with shore side during the day. I think a day later, they called and said the credit had now been applied to our room. Te credit was for $50 to be applied towards beverages. So it pays to double check when on board even if you think you did everything right.

Is there a rep onboard to sign up for the Disney Chase card? I'm wondering if there are additional incentives beyond what would be available when just applying at any other time.

I didn't see this posted when skimming this thread, but if you use the link on the DCL website, you can get a $200 statement credit after making a certain amount of purchases in the first 3 months. If you don't use the link you don't get it.
