Charging to park at Downtown Disney

No, it hasn't happened. But, do you think it's in the realm of Disney to charge for parking at DTD?

It's strange (at least to me, anyway) that you have to pay for parking (in most instances) to get to a Disney theme park, which requires an admission fee, yet there is no charge to park at DTD, which requires no admission fee.
 
Every amusement park I've been to charges for parking. I have yet to go to a mall or shopping center that charges me to park. I suppose Disney could do this, but I kind of doubt it. They want you to go there and shop/spend money, I can't see them charging you to park for basically the sole purpose of buying stuff. I can really see people just deciding not to go, thus not shopping.
