During my stay at fort wilderness there were several charges that were posted to my account that were doubles, such as my boat rental.. how do I go about getting these charges reversed? through my bank or do I have to call someone at disney world?

Normally what you do is go to the front desk when you are leaving and get it taken care of.

At this point it appears you are home. I don't think the bank is going to be much help. To the bank it's one big total, not a bunch of little things they can dispute. I would call Disney and see if they can help you.

For future reference, don't leave until you have this fixed! Or at least do it ASAP. Disney only keeps things for so long and it looks like it's been two weeks since your visit!

thanks! i wasnt able to review my bank statments while I was at Disney..and even if I had been able to, these would not have show up as they were posted after I had already been home for a few days. With all of the double charges i will be out over $300 if I cannot get this resolved. I know I should have checked my statement sooner, but i have been traveling and didnt give it a second thought.... ugh!

Call your bank. That is what I did about a recent double charge (not Disney) and the bank handled it all.

call fort wilderness boat rental.. they will be able to help you.. I had this problem with a stroller issue.. they looked up my receipt and name and it was taken care of in minutes.
