Charge limits on the KTTW card?

Can you put a charging cap on the value of the KTTW card for teenagers? If I want to give my DD the option to charge up to $25, but no more, is that possible? Or is it an all or nothing situation?

All KTTW cards are charged to the one stateroom account - you can not limit the amount to be charged to a specific account - so it is charge all or have charging removed all together.
