It was his actual voice! hahaha, it seriously blew my mind, like, HOW DO YOU SPEAK LIKE THAT!
he said it was a recording cause he heard me & Kelly ask if it was,

Also...I work with someone who has one of "those" voices. The radio ones. He literally sounds like Mufasa if I'm being honest. So whenever he's training someone and they do something wrong, he'll say "You deliberately disobeyed me." And I die every time. But it's just deep in general and whenever he talks to people on the phone, they are always impressed by that deep, smooth voice!

I'VE GOT AN ANNOUNCEMENT!

After some serious consideration & lots of begging & promises of a variety of things, we are officially



DVC MEMBERS!

I am so excited about this & have been waiting my whole life for it!
Our home resort is AKL, Kidani Village!

This is basically a promise of so many Disney trips to come, which of course fills me with so much joy I can't even explain it.

Just felt the need to fill everyone in!

Congratulations! We became DVC members on the 27th at AKV as well!!!! I'm reading your TR in hopes to get some glimpses and excited for our first stay in June 2014. We are addicted to the Poly but did not want to wait anymore to become DVC owners.

I've never stayed at the Poly, & have only been in there maybe once YEARS ago, I always want to just go explore, but just never have time!

I love it, it's just so incredible to see those animals, like yeah, you can see some at the zoo, but the safari is SO different!
1. DISNEY!? OBVIOUSLY.
2. You are like driving right by them! They aren't separated by a glass or miles of fields.
3. THERE ARE JUST SO MANY ANIMALS.

JUST HAD TO THROW THIS IN HERE!

If you are reading this trip report, which to read this line obviously you are reading, , you can clearly see how excited Kelly & I are to see eachother since we see one another once a year.
WWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWELLLLLLLL!
There is a HIGH HIGH HIGH possibility that Kelly is coming up here to PA in 2 weeks!?!?!!?!?!!!!?!?!hjsd hgsdkjghsdkjghdjg. AAHHHHHHHHHHHH!

ON TO THE TR!

We were on a voyage to a certain mountain that had some missing track & perhaps a yeti?

EVEREST BABY!

We're the three bestfriends that ANYONE can have!

Before we went on, we decided to grab some fastpasses, because we somehow avoided this area earlier & ended up at Dinosaur & no one was drunk, so I'm not really sure what happened.... but we got them now!
& took this really terrible picture that actually makes me laugh.

At this point, it was just me, Ryan, Kelly, Nick & Nikki.
Miller & Marge were waiting for the parade to start,
Marge absolutely loves parades.
But for us thrill seekers, we were ready to come face to face with some yeti action!

The fastpass time was for like 10 minutes from that exact moment, how? I really don't know, but I was not complaining!

Nick was going on & on about something that no one could really pay attention to, cause there was so many people talking around us & Everest in front of us.
Who can pay attention to mindless jabber when there is a yeti a hop, skip, & jump away!? NOT ME.

So somehow, Ryan, Kelly, & I ended up using our FP, & the other two went in the standby cause it said 25 minutes.

We were confused, but whatever,

Didn't even have to wait a second, walked right on & sat down in the row that said, 131 which is my old address number!
I get excited about things like this!
My favorite number is 13. You're welcome for that fact.

Kelly made a friend with a single rider, to whom she was talking to in this picture.

Somehow we survived coming within a hair of A FREAKING YETI, & were able to see this gem of a picture.

Suddenly the heat, exhaustion, & in need of some food hit Ryan full force & he could just not handle the thought of standing up another second.

Oh dear....
So I told him we could go back to the room & he could sleep for about an hour, cause our whole family had reservations at Rainforest for 6:30.

He liked that idea at first, but then started calculating in his head the amount of time it would take to walk to the exit, wait for the bus, get to the room, & fall asleep. By the time he would've fallen asleep he could've slept for like 20 minutes.

I suggested that we go sit in some air conditioning, cause I had to agree it was SCORCHING.

We stopped somewhere & I got a rootbeer, with those beloved paper straws & then off we went in search of somewhere to sit with AC!

We found ourselves sitting in Restaurantosaurus.
I saw chocolate mousse on the menu & was near tears because I wanted it so bad, but I knew I'd get like 12, & we had dinner approaching...
I SHOULD'VE GOT IT THEN. (you'll see why)

We found a table in a secluded part & instantly Ryan fell asleep.
How he does this, I will NEVER figure out, but all I cared about was him feeling better.
No one wants to get sick on the first day of vacation!?

Poor boy

Of course, Kelly & I can't just SIT. We have to be laughing. No matter what, Kelly & I are laughing.
So,
I NOW PRESENT YOU WITH
LIBBY & KELLY'S MODEL LIKE PICTURE EXPLOSION!

I had a headband in & the next few pictures we took, I completely looked like I was balding & my hair was flipping like I was living in the 50's or something, so those were deleted, sorry DIS, I need some sort of dignity!

So the headband was removed!

I tweeted:
I'M REUNITED WITH MY OTHER HALF. MY HEART IS WHOLE AGAIN.

Then, somehow produced one of my favorite pictures ever.

I titled this,
"How Disney Makes Me Feel"

That completes the picture explosion, you are welcome.

Poor baby.

Then, all the sudden everyone walked in.
We didn't tell anyone where we were at, but they somehow just all found us, we were so confused, but ohwell, we had to meet up somewhere, even if they are stalkery & creepy, just kidding. kind of.

A CM was attempting to teach this group of children the Dino Dance, & Kelly & I were basically bouncing in our seats because we wanted to dance so badly.
So, what did we do?
DAAAAAAAAAAAAANCED!
Are you surprised?
No.

Finally Ryan was ready to take on some more DAK.
In total, we sat there for about 1 hour, which usually would drive me crazy, but I was just so happy sitting there with my bestfriend & as long as Ryan felt better, I was okay.
