Charge for changing name on a ressie?

We just bought a resale at OKW, and were excited that we would take our first trip as DVC members this June. (On points that were left over from '99 and had to be used by July 31) Unfortunately, we may not be able to go so we are thinking we may have to rent the reservation out. Will we be able to do that at less than 60 or 30 days out? Can we change the name on the ressie, as long as the date stays the same, without being messed up with our points?

Yes, a call to MS will easily change the name on the ressie without any cost. If there is enough time before the trip, MS will also send out a new confirmation with the new name in place.
