Charge for changing cruise dates?

Does anyone know if Disney charges or if we lose our deposit for changing the dates on our cruise? Can we just transfer our reservation to a different cruise? My husband wants to go earlier.

As long as you are not past your Paid In Full date for the current cruise, you can transfer all monies to a different reservation.

Past the PIF date, I believe there would be penalties.
