Characters in Oceaneers Club on Wonder

I've watched some YouTube videos of the Oceaneers Club on Wonder and several characters are seen interacting with the kids. In reality, are there several characters in the club at one time or just a couple throughout the course of an early evening? Our kids (ages 6 and 8) likely won't be there for more than an hour or so at a time so just wondered what the liklikehood of them meeting characters is.

Most of the time the characters come for specific programming, which you can see in your Navigator. Sometimes they do just pop in and say hello but we aren’t usually given much warning about that.

If your cruise is 7nights or longer, they have Pluto PJ party on one of the nights. My dd has always enjoyed going to it. Pluto comes and each child gets a Pluto pillowcase to color. They also watch cartoons and play some games.
