Characters in hotels

Does anyone know what time the characters are out in the hotels in the mornings Thanks

until 12th november they are present in the hotels for meet n greets between 8am and around 11am each day.

from 12th november there will be no more characters in the hotels - they will be in the park for EMH instead apparently .
