What is Characters in Bloom?

I am guessing it is when all the Characters are out? I dont know - intresting question!

It's a weekend event at Epcot during the Flower and Garden Festival. They have characters out that aren't normally out. This year I saw Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Alice, Mad Hatter, Queen of Hearts, Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum, White Rabbit, and the Ostrich and Hippo from Fantasia.

That's correct. It started the last day of our trip. During this Festival they had different themed weekends.

Yep! Characters In Bloom is a Friday-Saturday-Sunday event that takes place at Epcot during the Flower Festival. This year, it was the May 19th weekend. Basically, it means that Epcot has some extra characters scattered all about. The Hippo and the Ostrich from Fantasia were the rarest ones out, as they were by the Fountain of Nations. The Dwarves with Snow White were in Germany; The Alice in Wonderland characters were by Innoventions heading towards the Land; The Pinocchio characters were in Italy; Lilo and Stitch were near Test Track; Toy Story characters were in the American Adventure; and others, too! I had fun there, since the Pink Hippo and Ostrich are hardly ever out.
