Characters at IOA...

We are going to IOA with 7yo daughter. We would like to meet Scooby Doo and Cat in the Hat, or others if possible. How plentiful are characters at IOA? Which ones & where are they?
What about character meals? Where/how much?

We are not going to Universal Studios, since we only have 1 available day for Univ. parks. We want to see Seuss Landing & ride big coasters.

Seuss Landing and Toon Lagoon have desgnated character meet and greet places. Marvel Super Hero Island has a small parade and then a meet and greet. This Monday, I saw:

Scooby and Shaggy are at Universal Studios along with Winnie and Woody, & Curious George and the Man with the Yellow Hat.

It's so easy to meet the characters at Universal! You will love it!

Scooby and Shaggy drive around US in the Mystery Machine. They stop near the entrance to Kidzone for photo ops and autographs. Oh! But you said you were going to IOA. I haven't seen Scoob and Shag there.

Hang out in Seuss Landing and you will see all the Seuss characters Barry mentioned.
