Characters at Epcot

Do the characters at Epcot only come out for autographs at a certain time during the day? We were there last year and I don’t remember seeing them.

Yes. The information of when they will be out is in the app. I found that if I lined up for them 5 mins before they started I usually did not have a wait.

Yes you can find their times in the app …. The characters at international gateway, American Adventure and occasionally world showplace however are randomly appearing so it’s just a case of luck…
They typically appear more frequently around RunDisney weekends, DVC moonlight magic events, holiday parties, starts of DCP cycles

We have met tons of characters. Definitely use the app. Lots of princesses in World Showcase. Fab 5 throughout the rest of the park.

To see when characters are greeting:

- open MDE app
- click upside down teardrop at bottom of screen
- change centre drop-down to 'Characters'
- change right option to 'Show List'

A list of all characters greeting will be displayed. To see actual times, select a character.
