Characters at Cheyenne

Hi, just wondering if someone could tell me what time in the morning the character appears outside the Vheyenne? Not long now til our Feb trip and I am wondering if we will be able to fit in the character greet outside the hotel each day, and do Magic Hours.

They are out from 8am and rotate between 2 characters every 20 minutes.
