Characters and hotels

i was reading a blog about some of the hotels and they mentioned that the on site hotels have character meet and greets. I was wondering if they still do these and if so what characters meet at what hotels?

the 3 deluxe onsite hotels host evening character meals.
you order at the main restaurant menu and the characters take turns visiting the dinners.

characters can vary.
they revolve on different nights at the 3 hotels.
