We will also be there the 22nd. My daughter has followed Character Palooza for our upcoming trip so it looks like we will be at the TOT exit at 3:30. We will be doing morning EMH and have a FDE reservation at Mama Melrose's, so we are hoping to have a little extra time to see these characters before Fantasmic! and the Osborne Lights. It is our first holiday trip and my DD will be graduating from college in December. She still loves character meets, Disney films and WDW vacations (even with her parents). We are truly blessed.

I hope they keep this going...the new location sounds like a winner for those of us in the know! When it was in the Animation Building, we were able to meet everyone out easily, but it was more challenging when the characters were out on the Streets of America. The new location is nice and hidden...

I was definitely a good spot. There were roughly 3-5 families each day that were aware and waiting. That seemed to be key because it didn't attract much attention. Obviously there were several families that would show up along the way and lines did build by never seemed to be more than 3 or 4 min per character at the longest. We were able to see all of the characters each day before they were done.

I know this is a little off topic but, I forgot to mention that Jack is the best character interaction we have ever had. He spent a few minutes with each family engaging not only the kids but the adults too. Our whole family was involved. We had to wait for almost 2 hours at the Halloween party (starting at 6) and an hour at Christmas, but both were worth the experience. He is a must if the opportunity ever arises.

I have read & then copied the FORMULA in to my phone note. But I'm just unclear of one thing ... if there is only ONE Fantasmic!, there will be THREE Paloozas? And, what are the timing for each one? Are they the same characters?

Check Kenny the Pirate's October crowd calendar as he had the intervals listed for 3 Paloozas... a good hour between each Palooza.

It's much easier to be there for the 1st Palooza as that is a more definite set/arrival time. Characters remain the same for each Palooza held that day.

There is a 4.5 hour difference between Palooza and Fant.

1st Palooza would be at 2:00. You would have to determine the minutes between each Palooza start time by looking at Kenny's crowd calendar or his Character Locator app.

Okay. I'll be at DHS two days but the first day I am trying to make the 4:10 LCA Show so getting to palooza is out. So I'm trying for Dec 18th (if it is still there in Dec...) There are two shows, so I think CP would be at 3:30 last fantasmic is at 8.

Now, here is my question. I have a 2:45 FP for Sing along. I have a 3:20 FP for TSMM. If I'm out of sing a long by 3:15 do I have enough to get to TOT see palooza and then back to TSMM before 4:20? I think it would work if we moved with purpose.

If you walk quickly you can make it. I walk fast - am able to get from DHS gates to Epcot International Gateway in less than 20 minutes - so I feel it's quite possible to get to ToT exit area. If Palooza begins at 3:35ish at the latest and lasts 20 minutes, you will have plenty of time to get to TSMM especially because there is usually a grace period extension for your FP window.

Great characterpalooza today!! Dopey, Tiana, Mulan, Mary Poppins & Bert, Pocahontas, Evil Queen and Aladdin & Genie!! Not a lot of people and was able to meet them all within 15 mins!!

We were there on Sunday the 9th. Characterpalooza started sometime between 3:30-3:35pm. We were done (and met every character) by 3:50.

We met Genie, Tiana, Mulan, Pocahontas, the Evil Queen, Brer Fox, Mary Poppins and Bert together and Aladdin and Jasmine together

We made it to a 4pm Indy show after visiting a 3:30 characterpalooza, so yes, if you move with a purpose then making it to TSMM by 4:20 shouldnt be an issue

We were also there on the 9th and was able to catch the palooza too. Saw everyone but A&J, but we got them in MK. In at 3:35 ish, out at 3:50 when it closed - we were the last ones with Mary and Bert. Went to ride ToT, as it was down to 30 min after. Upon exit, saw they were back out - FYI.

Mulan and Mary & Bert were the best interactions. Got a great pic of my girls doing their best fighting poses with Mulan.

Thanks for confirming the 2nd Palooza on a two-Fant night! There had been two when Palooza was on New York Street but I hadn't seen it confirmed after Palooza moved to ToT area. Great info!
