Character Warehouse in Niagara Falls??

I remember reading of a Character Warehouse in the Niagara Falls area. Is it in the US or Canada? Info would be most appreciated!

Hate to be the barer of bad news but I think that it was just a temporary location that was due to close July 21.

We were there in mid-July and it was all DCA merchandise. A lot of it was in excellent condition though, never been unpacked before. Lots of children's clothing but no WDW merchandise at all.
