Character Warehouse - how do I get there

I just posted the following on the Budget Board, but thought it may belong here, after I posted.


Hello,

Was not sure which board to post this question on, but I'm here.

We have a girls only tirp coming up, with a one day car rental upon landing.

We want to do some outlet shopping on the way to the resort and was reading that you could get some good deals at the Character Warehouse.

Was wondering how to get there. I've been looking at some maps and I think I see a Belz (now primeoutlets).

this is what I have so far. We leave MCO via the south exit and take 417, to exit 6. Take a right at the first lights, which is International Drive. Stay on this for 3-4 miles (almost the end) and the outlets are on the left.

Are these the right direcitons for the outlets.

We stayed at the AKL this past october, and we asked someone at the front desk for directions since we had forgotten from the last time we were there... They gave us a pre-printed index card w/the directions on it....Don't know where you are staying, but maybe they will have it for you also...

Do you recall if it was reasonably close to the World? I think I'm getting confused, since they have outlets closer to Orlando. I don't want to have to travel on I4.

I think you do have to go onto I-4. It's not right around the corner from WDW, it's at least a 15 minute or more drive.... But, there's alot of good stores.

Characater Warehouse is in Belz outlet at north end of International Drive.

Disney's Character Premiere at Premium Outlets Orlando is much, much closer to Walt Disney World than Disney's Character Premier and Disney's Character Warehouse at Prime Outlets Orlando (formerly Belz Factory Outlet World).

I think we'll try the Character Premiere, really don't want to drive towards Orlando. I thank you. This is the info I was looking for. I was getting confused with the Character Warehouse and Premiere and the change in the name of the outlet places, from Belz to Prime.

Doesn't take much to confuse me these days.
