Are they still doing the character wake up calls?
It has been a while since we tried this and we have a first timer traveling with us and thought it would be fun to do for her

Is this free? How do you set it up, is it through the front desk?

You just press wake up call on the room phone and enter what time you would like the wake up call. Very easy.
And there's no charge.
