Do any of the resorts offer a nightly tuck-in from one of the characters? My kids would love to get a special visit from one of their favorites and it sounds like something Disney would do to make the magic even better! Thanks, Dani:bounce: ::MickeyMo ::MickeyMo ::MickeyMo

I've never heard of such a thing, though you're right--it does sound like something Disney might offer (for $$$, of course!).

Sounds like fun--think Tarzan offers tuck-ins? ;)

I've never heard of this before either but it would be a great idea..... :) :)

I know people "rent" characters for wedding ceremonies. I think they rent by the hour. If you have sufficient funds then perhaps you could have one tuck your children in.

I'm all for character interaction in the parks and at themed-meals, but tucking them into bed??? Sorry, I don't think that would be appropriate at all.
Perhaps a "goodnight" telephone call from Mickey (like the wake up calls) or a bedtime story in the resort lobby told by one of the characters
I wouldn"t think Disney would want the liability of having a CM in the room. Too many people are sue-happy and there would only be a 'he said, she said' situation.
Sorry, don't start flaming me please. Call me a prude, but this would NEVER happen on our vacation. But, then again, I must be weird because I seem to be one of the few people who would NEVER let my child spend the night with Michael Jackson!
((((ducking out of the way of the object about to be thrown at me)))))
Don't hate me 'cuz I'm a prudeprincess:

Disney doesn't allow characters to visit individual rooms. They do this first and foremost so some children don't see a character visiting someone and wondering why Mickey doesn't visit them. Also, there is a liability issue as well. They do allow people to "rent out" characters for special events, like a wedding, but not for room visits. Sorry.

How about instead of Mickey visiting them in their room, surprise them with a big plush Mickey in their room one evening?
