Character Training?

Kenny's site lists probable times of the year when they would be happening, but are they every on a schedule anywhere? Is there anyway to find out about them ahead of time, or is it basically luck of the draw?

Luck of the draw. It's not on a schedule anywhere because it's not guaranteed. Not every character class goes out on training M&Gs -- it depends on timing, weather, how savvy the group is, which characters, crowds, and a host of other things. It's truly something that occasionally happens and is a great surprise. There's really no other way to "plan" for it.
