Do I still need to book a FPP for the Character Spot at Epcot if I am a Disney Visa Card Holder?

Yes the character spot and Disney Visa character meet and greet are 2 different things The Disney Visa may have the same characters or it may have a random one.

You can book a FP+ for the Character Spot, but we prefer to hit it when we see a fairly short wait. The Chase M&G is something different and normally only available in the afternoon.
