My answer is more tailored to those who are auditioning for the college program rather than just general auditions, so hopefully that's what you're going for.
They actually don't require a resume at the audition, so if yours is more business-based you don't need to worry about it. I've actually heard of some audition locations that didn't take resumes at all. At my location (San Francisco), they gave us the option of stapling our performance resumes to our paperwork if we happened to have them with us, but out of at least 80 people I think only 10-15 of us had our resumes, so it's not too important. If you still want to turn in a resume, add "on stage" work in any capacity or experience working with children to a "special skills" section.
In terms of what to wear, you definitely want to be comfortable. That being said, you can still look nice.

I wore black dance pants (super comfortable but still professional-looking), my favorite simple cotton top (purple with 3/4 length sleeves and a bit of a scoop neck), and black jazz shoes (a bit expensive but a great investment! I bought mine years ago and still find occasions to use them). Try to come up with an outfit that helps you feel your best while still being able to move. Wear your favorite bright color, do your hair in a way that makes you feel special, etc. You're more likely to do your best if you feel your best.
Hope that helps! There's a TON of great information in the "Character Heights / CP Auditions" thread, so feel free to browse that for more info.
