Character Palooza & Frozen DHS

Is Character Palooza going on in November? Specifically tomorrow and Friday? If so what time does it start or should we be there? We have never attended before.

Also tomorrow is our first DHS day this year. I have not read any info about Frozen there. I did reserve Fp+ for the singalong. Any other things going on that I need to know about that you can give me a quick rundown of, please?

BTW Brrr it has been chilly since we arrived yesterday!!!
