Character Meal's at US/IofA

Can anyone tell me if either of these park's offer character meal's?and if so do I need to pre-book it?

There are no character meals in the parks. There is a character dinner on Friday nights at the Portofino Hotel and Saturday night at the Hard Rock Hotel.

If park attendance keeps going at the current rate, I'd hope they'd reinstate the character lunch at Confisco's. That was great fun.
