Character meals and autographs

Hi everyone! I consider myself to be a pretty solid Disney pro, but I was surprised when we went to breakfast at Tusker House for the first time this morning that they do not allow character autographs. Our server said the reason was that it takes too long so they only do photos.
The other night, we had dinner at Storybook Dining and got hugs, photos, and autographs from everyone.
My question is: are there any other character meals that do NOT offer autographs besides Tusker House? I just want to prepare my 3-year-old appropriately since he was all pumped to have them sign his book this morning

They did autographs at Topolino’s and Hollywood & Vine. We went to H&V the day that character hugs came back and it was so magical.

ETA: we did H&V lunch. So it was Mickey, Minnie, Goofy & Pluto. We didn’t do the Disney Jr. breakfast
