Hi, this is my post so I'll introduce us first.

We are going to disney paris for the first time in June and our party is

Nan, Dad, Mum and Kids 6,5,3

We want to include a character meal for the kids and will be arriving Saturday evening, I like the look of The Steakhouse brunch on Sunday but is this actually a character meal or do they just turn up if you're lucky. Our other choice is Mickey's Cafe for Monday breakfast.

Which would you experts recommend for the KIDS, I know which I would prefer but it has got to be the one that is more fun for them.

Many thanks,

The Steakhouse brunch is a character meal. There are some reviews of it in the Restaurant FAQs. I haven't done breakfast at Cafe Mickey but lunch there was excellent, and its a very good place for character interaction. Lucky Nugget is also good for lunch.

I had dinner in Cafe Mickey and there was an excellent atmosphere they got peple up dancing and i ended up dancing next to mickey :scared1: :woohoo:

If it's for the kids I'd opt for Cafe Mickey, it's loud and it's fun and you'll have a ball. :goodvibes

We've done the breakfast at Cafe Mickey and it was fantastic, we all really enjoyed it. Infact we were only talking about this last night, and asked the children if they fancied another breakfast with Mickey and his friends and it was a resounding YES:)

Thanks everyone for the replies, looks like its going to be Mickey's then.

This is a great website, I have really enjoyed browsing and am sure to bombard you all with more questions in the coming weeks.

Lunch at cafe Mickey was great too, although much quieter than in the evening I think.

Hi JEM4, welcome to the DIS! :welcome:

I've eaten at both the Sunday Brunch and dinner at Cafe Mickey. IMO the Sunday Brunch does have quite a 'grown-up' feel about it (even though it's entirely suitable for kids) whereas Cafe Mickey just has a real 'fun' feel about it.

With the ages of your kids, I'd say they'd prefer the setting of Cafe Mickey. :goodvibes

We haven't been there since 2006 but it was about €34 for adults, obviously less for children.
