Character Meal Vouchers and Fantasmic Dessert

I'm trying to figure out the specific "where to go" and "when" details for our trip.

Where do I pick up my Character Meal vouchers? My e-mail confirmation says "Front of the Park" which does not seem to be very specific!

I don't have an e-mail confirmation for our Fantasmic Dessert reservation - just a confirmation number - so I'm not sure where I'm supposed to go for that.

Can I run around and pick up all of these vouchers and tickets and things at the beginning of our trip, or does each one need to be picked up on the day of use?

Front of the park is guest services in Town Hall.

The Fantasmic Dessert tickets can only be picked up on the day of your reservation and they can be picked up at Guest Services.
