Character Meal: Breakfast or Lunch

Ealry Breakfast at Chef Mickey or Crystal Palace

or

Last breakfast at Chef Mickey

or

First lunch at Crystal Palace

I would choose 1st lunch at Crystal Palace because:

I wouldn't want to rush my expensive meal and fun character experience with an early breakfast before park opening. Grabbing a breakfast bar and being at a park for rope drop just works well for us. We are able to see and do so much in the mornings at the parks.

By the time we've been touring a couple hours and 11:30ish rolls around, we are STARVING. A CP lunch buffet sounds perfect! And very convenient.

we had a lovely experience with CP at dinner. I'd like to go back.

Not a fan of CM, but do enjoy lunch and breakfast at CP. Not crazy about their dinners though.

Although it does depend on what characters you want to see. Were huge Pooh Fans.

I love pre-park opening breakfasts at CP, but last time we had a later breakfast there and it was nice to have a break after the first 3 hours of park touring. Towards the end of our meal, they were making the switch over to lunch as well, so if you time it right, you can get the menu of two meals rather than one. I also noticed a lot of guests cleared out during the switchover, and some of the characters came back around to play with kids or give extra hugs again. I prefer CP over CM, but if you can get a later breakfast at either, the timing can be better than during the meal rush times.
