Character listing/location?

(Time for my newbie questions to begin. I tend to be a know-it-all so I really hate having to ask questions that I know have been asked here countless times before. )

Can someone please point me to a list of what characters are available for meeting/photos and their respective parks/locations? I think Spongebob (found at Jimmy Neutron, right?), Scooby, and Curious George will be our MUSTS. Are there time guides like at WDW or are there more random characters/times? Thanks!
