Character from Cars for a shirt?

My 7 year old Loves the frank the Combine character from the movie CARS. I know that it is not very likely as he is not a major character but I would Love to make a shirt or something for him. Does anyone have a design with this? I just found this board and am in awe at the generosity of the people here.

Frank is in the last column on the right(4th one down). He is a combine harvester. Sorry I don't know how to post pictures here but if you click on that picture there is a bigger clearer picture of him. My son's name is Trenton. I don't know if your designs put names on them. It really doesn't matter. He just Loves the character. Thank you so much.

Thank you These are perfect. He can't decide between them so I am going to use both. I can't get the second one to copy right though. I am new to this so maybe I am doing something wrong. I just copy and paste to a word document. The first I put in landscape and it fit perfectly. The second gets cut off in both landscape or portrait. Could someone tell me what I am doin wrong?

I am glad we were able to find Frank and he liked them. When I put my pictures into word it allows me to grab the corner and resize it to fit the page. Do you have that option? I also have an area within my printer set up that allows me to tell it to print as a full page and it will automatically fit the image to the size of the paper. Otherwise I am not sure. I could try to make it smaller.
