Salt Lake City/Provo/Park City in November Recommendations?

I was last in the SLC area almost 10 years ago and am taking a mini trip back in November. I'm planning to go to Temple Square to see a midday organ concert, spend time in the Orem and Provo area checking out some of the places I know there, stopping at Sundance for a bite to eat, and maybe even head over to Park City to explore the town.

What other things would you recommend for that time of year? I'm an old soul so I'm happy checking out RC Willey and the rest of a mall for a couple hours as we don't have those around me.

I'm always a fan of different driving experiences like off road driving in a Jeep or ATV, but am far from a thrill junkie. Always up for new recommendations from those who had a good experience somewhere!

I'd suggest visiting the Clark Planetarium. It's close to the temple square area.
