Character Dining with Buzz?

Are there any character dining experiences where Buzz Lightyear makes an appearance? I would like to celebrate my space ranger's birthday at character dining and Buzz is his all-time favorite.

Nope, sorry there aren't. It was rumored a while back, but never happened.
