Character Dining Vouchers Use

We received free premium dining vouchers with our vacation package through Costco, I know you can use these vouchers at other restaurants besides the character meals but can they be used at ANY restaurant of your choice?

I'm interested in using them towards the F! dining package at Blue Bayou. Are you allowed to do this?

Since they cannot be used for the WOC dining package for dinner, I am betting you cannot for the Fantasmic dining package. What IS interesting to me and I hope you don't mind if I hop on with my own question, is that the DLR website mentions the WOC exclusion specifically for dinner...does that mean you can use the voucher for a WOC lunch package or is the website just not very accurate? I may have to call about that!

We got four because we had 4 people in our reservation, 2 adults 2 kids.
