Character dining in Orlando

I think Tusker House has a pretty good number of plant-based items and is generally a great place (though I do partake of the meat offerings). According to the WDW website they have the following on offer:

Tusker House
Breakfast

  • Fruit Salad with Ginger Syrup
  • Breakfast Potatoes
  • Fruit
  • Feisty Green Beans
  • Impossible TM Bobotie with Chakalaka
  • Jasmine Rice
  • Carrot Chickpea Salad
Lunch and Dinner
  • House-Made Hummus
  • Jollof Rice with Plant-Based Sausage
  • Roasted Root Vegetables
  • Black-Eyed Pea Salad
  • Cauliflower Bunny Chow
  • Feisty Green Beans
  • Jasmine Rice
  • Carrot Chickpea Salad
  • Kachumbari
  • North African Harira Soup
  • Braised Collard Greens
  • Quinoa Chickpea Salad
  • Fruit Salad
It seems to have more than most other lists. I can say from experience that the roasted root veggies and the harira soup are really good! Note that the soup has a bit of a kick if I recall - it has been a while since I've been to Tusker House though so it could be different now. I think it would be a good call though if you like that type of food.

You can check out the other vegetarian options at this site: https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/dining/plant-based/

Also, :welcome:to the DIS!

2 vegetarians in our family. We always find enough at Chef Mickey's and Crystal Palace (as long as you eat cheese and eggs). They've ever pan seared some tofu for us and added it to some pasta and veggies (at Chef Mickey's).
