Character dining & belle from Beauty/beast

Is there any character dining with belle? My 2 year old loves her and she want to "eat tomatoes with belle"

If not does anyone know where she could meet belle?

According to Steve Soares' website, you might also try the France pavilion at Epcot:

Characters from "Beauty and the Beast" appear intermittently.
Daily from 12:30pm to 6:00pm

I believe in Norway there is a character dining and one of them is usually Belle

Akershus in EPCOT has dining with Princesses for all 3 meals, but no character is ever guaranteed. The Castle also has breakfast and lunch with Princesses, but again no character is ever guaranteed. Dinner is Cinderella film characters only. The castle is also more expensive than Akershus.

Belle can be found in France at EPCOT intermittently from 1:00-6:00pm. She appears regularly in the Storybook Friends room of the Judges Tent at Mickey's ToonTown, but before you get in line, make sure she's there, as those characters rotate on a daily basis except for Cinderella. Storytime with Belle takes place on a regular basis in the courtyard of the castle.

We found Belle in both France and Judges Tent, but she was a mystery guest there, so someone visiting there on the same day after us could well have seen someone else. We had more interaction in France since very few people knew she was there, but both places were nice. The trick with France is that she shows up intermittently and may or may not be there when you walk by. Your best option is to speak with a CM and ask if they know where she'll be appearing on the day in question.

Fortunately, Belle is a fairly common character and should be easy enough to find if you opt not to do the character meal thing and/or she isn't at the character meal on the day you go.

We saw Belle at breakfast in Cinderella castle when we were there in October. Like the other posters have said, she's not "guaranteed" to be there. We were on the dining plan & this was before the castle took 2 TS credits. Don't know that we would return due to the increased cost. We also saw her with the Beast at EPCOT another day. We were lucky to see Belle at both the Storybook meal at Akershus and at CRT. However, characters are not guaranteed. Just a note, at both Belle was wearing her blue dress/jumper and white shirt and not the yellow dress. That kind of through my girls for a loop and they both asked Belle why she wasn't wearing her ballgown

Earlier this month Belle was at Norway at Akershus for dinner. Belle was in her yellow gown in the front of the restaurant she didn't go to the tables like the other princesses. You lined up to meet her and have your picture taken as you were called to your table. They took picures similiar to Chef Mickey's and brought them to your table to buy. Besides the show at MGM this was the only time I saw Belle in her yellow dress.

As others have noted, she is often at PSB in Restaurant Akershus in Norway...but specific characters are never guaranteed. If you do want to eat there, you need to make reservations and use a credit card guarantee. They'll charge you $10 per person if you don't show up or cancel at least 48 hours ahead of time.
