character deleted..

Yesterday day my banishment from VMK ended, I was so happy and I rushed home to only find out my character was deleted. And why? Because I hugged someone I feel like I am about to cry I worked so hard for everything I have earned and now everything I charished so much is gone... including all my friends

I'm sorry to hear about your ban, but are you sure your character was really deleted? For example, did you get a message sayign your account was deleted when you logged in, or did it simply say that the username or password was invalid? Because it shouldn't delete characters unless they haven't logged in in 6 months.

I am so happy my main character wasn't deleted my side character was! I mean that's not good but at least my main character is ok! I just figured out that I kept logging into my side not my main so that's what happened

I guess that happens after staying on a side name for the month you were banned.
