I am the biggest child, i have two sons 13 + 15 (at time of trip) + hubby, i really want to do a character breakfast.

The kids are sayin 'i ain't eaten no breakfast with no mouse'!

I really think it would be great if i could convince them. Do you think they are to old and i'm being selfish?

Or do you think go for it they will love it?

ARRRRRRRRRGH!!!

What to do?

And my next question how do i book and can i book now for next July?

HEEEEEEEEEEEELP!!!!! . sharon x:confused:

Hello Sharon

I moved this over to trip planning for you :)

You could try and convince them to do perhap's the Donalds Breakfastaurus or Chef Mickey Breakfast ( a bit more boyish) Tell them it is all you can eat - will that convince them LOL :)

You can book character Breakfasts at 90 day's out so not yet for your trip July:)

Hi

My daughter(14) and I did the Donalds Breakfastaurus this August. It is held at the Animal Kingdom Park, and she thought it was great. Not only Mickey and Donald but Goofy and Pluto who were messing around big style, All you can eat breakfast as well. They tend to come in just after you have finished your breakfast so dont intrude on you eating. Great Fun and lots of teenagers there.

Hope this helps

When my daughter was 2 years old in '97 we had a character breakfast at US with Scooby Doo, Fred Flintstone and Barney Rubble. The pictures we had of myself and my daughter with the characters are the best from the holiday. I really wish we'd had a CB at Disney on our last vist in Sept '04.

At least we're going back in Feb '05 and even though my daughter will be 10 and my two sons 7 & 6, we will be having a Disney CB and I'm sure this will be one of the holiday highlights.

I'd try and persuade your lot that it will be a 'Once in a lifetime' experience. The thing is, you just know that once they're actually there that they'll enjoy it!

Thanks for the advice i'm gonna do a CB.::MickeyMo

How do i do it?

I understand itd 90 days before but who do i book with? sharon x

Hi Sharon

You have to ring 001-407-939-3463 from the UK

This is ringing Disney direct, happy planning:D

If your DSs are really set against a CB, I'd suggest maybe making a booking for later in the trip without telling them in advance. That way, you can guage how well they are getting into the whole 'Mouse' atmosphere, and cancel the booking if you think they would hate every minute of it, or keep it if you think they'd enjoy it.

Another opiton would be to book a CB for you and DH and leave the two boys to do their own thing and meet up with you afterwards ;) (assuming you're all happy with that arrangement!).
