Character Breakfasts

I'm trying to sort out my reservations for character breakfasts for our July trip, and have a few questions...

I currently have a reservation for the Plaza Inn during EMH, but we are not staying on site. Will we be able to enter the parks early for a dining reservation or would it need to be during regular park hours?

I am also considering doing the Surf's Up breakfast on our last day, but ideally we need to catch the Disneyland Express to SNA by 11. Is there anywhere at the PPH that we could store our luggage? We are staying at the Tropicana and would prefer not to walk back to catch the shuttle if possible. We are travelling with a toddler and don't want to not bring a car seat, so transportation options are limited.

I can answer your first question...You can enter for your early breakfast reservation. When you get to the gates, you go to the far left and there is one that actually says charcter breakfast and you check in, your name will be on a list and they will let you in to go to breakfast!!

I think your best best it to call PPH directly about the luggage issue - hope it works out!

Have you thought about how you will get from the Tropicana to PPH with your luggage? If you are walking with it and plan to cut across the Esplanade between DL and DCA, you will have to go through bag check. I'm not sure how that would work out. Going clear around the perimeter of the parks would be a long walk. Just thought I'd mention it in case you hadn't considered it.
