character breakfast

I have just booked my first Disney cruise. I'm a little confused about the character breakfast, I've been hearing about. Is this on a 3 nt cruise or only a longer one. Is this on a particular morning or every morning? Thanks!

We never had this on any of our 4 night cruises but those were in ’00 and ’01 so things may have changed. We did have a character breakfast on our May 3 Magic cruise. You will be assigned a particular morning for yours based on your dining rotation. Same table and servers. Ours was in Parrot Cay and I think they all are. Our head server brought a “ticket” for the event to our table and told us the time and place. Photographers came around with some of the characters but not all.
