Joining in! It sounds like your plans our coming together nicely. The only advice that I have (and it is not from personal experience but from reading the boards), is if you have a party of 5, it is better to to try and get a reservation for a party of 6. From what I have read it is easier to find availability for 6 people and then when you arrive just let them know 1 person was unable to make it. Looking forward to reading more of your plans!!

Amazingly awesome news!

My work is participating in the March of Dimes ^_^ I signed up and it's ... 1.3 Miles I think. PERFECT for me to start getting ready for the 5k! It's all walking, so it's just practice. It's also something I believe in

Just wanted to give a quick update!

Still waiting for the end of this month to come by so I can start putting in my ADRs

Also, some really big news:
I had emergency surgery on Sunday. My ovary had a huge cist on it and ended up folding over on itself and sticking to my tube. So, they had to remove it.
My first ever surgery ... it was a crazy whirlwind of pain, pain meds (sleepy) and more pain.

I'm healing now, which is great. Still have some pain where they operated, but I was told that I'm doing very well.

Guess my next surgeries will take out my wisdom teeth and tonsils XD

I don't think anyone reads this but just in case ...

Personal life update:
Today I had post op checkup with my doctor and she confirmed that I cannot have children the normal way. Only way for me to have children is IVF or adoption.

Which, isn't HORRIBLY bad, at least I can still have children

I'm sorry I missed the update about your surgery and I'm sorry to hear about the doctor's news as well. I'm so impressed with you for looking on the bright side. I know you'll be a fantastic mom one day - it'll happen.

Oh on planning ...

I will be making my first dining reservations this Sunday! These will be doosies because I'm trying to get BoF for Dinner and Crystal Palace for pre RD breakfast ^_^

BUT no luck with Be our Guest I'll call in about 45 min

So, booking for the week of Oct. 23rd - 30th is going well so far ... other than Be Our Guest reservations.

For now, we have a back up dinner at Akershus.

Once we figure out exactly when we will be staying, is when I'll check pretty much everyday for a Be Our Guest reservation opening.

I'm really not expecting to get a reservation for Nov. 4th.

As you can see, I was only able to get Be Our Guest during the week we are actually booked. SO, needless to say, this is the week we PREFER to go on our vacation and now we'll be trying extra hard to keep it because of that BEAUTIFUL BoG reservation ^_^

So, really, this may be the last update until fall deals get released. I really don't have much to do now regarding this until those dang deals are released.

We are a party of 6 and I tried to get BOG and nothing was avaliable all week. I'm surprised that you Dad didn't choose Cape May Cafe....they have plenty of seafood. Looking forward to your updates. Yeah, I was surprised my dad didn't either, we tried to steer him towards Coral Reef though ... we tried so hard. But it also makes sense because from what we read, Ohana dinner is very similar to this brazillian restaurant that he LOVES that's downtown. So not horribly surprising but also rather funny.

Do any of your dining reservations match ours? It would be great to run into each other even if they don't match ... perhaps epcot? Since EVERYONE is going for the F&W of course
