Long story, but was having LOTS of trouble securing a ressie for my upcoming trip, 3 weeks from now:cool1: Anyway, I only could get the Boardwalk Inn for my dates, got the tix plus basic dining. There was a misunderstanding with the WDW agent about the type of ticket we wanted. (I said a three day ticket plus waterparks) Somehow when I got my ressie emailed it said a ONE day ticket plus waterpark option. So I call WDW and it is over $500 to upgrade my ticket!! I don't want to go to over my parents budget (they purchased the trip as a graduation gift)
I call WDW and they apologize for the "misunderstanding" and tell me that the CBR is available for about the same amount of money with a 6 DAY basic ticket plus the water park option and DELUXE dining. So I switch because for the money, I am getting more tickets and meals.
Anyway, (sorry this is so confusing) a AAA agent local has been trying to help me secure something for this paricular week I am going. I want to know, if it is possible to tranfer the reservation to her, the reservation is paid in full because the trip is so close. I just feel bad because she really was trying to find availability for me and was so helpful. Just wondering IF you can transfer and if so, how to go about it....

If the reservation is paid in full I don't think you can transfer it. There is also a certain time period where you can do this and I think it is more than 30 days.

Give her a token of appreciation for aiding you this time. Give her some future trips whether it's for you or your parents, etc.

I wouldn't fool with your ressies at this point even if you could make the change.

I have no idea how it works to transfer a reservation, but I'm stuck on something in the first post.

How is it possible to incur $500 to upgrade a ticket from 1 day to 3 days? An annual pass doesn't even cost $500, much less a three day pass. Is it because you're upgrading tickets for several people?

Sorry to be dense, but that has me really puzzled.

To clarify, I wanted a three day base ticket Plus the waterpark option. (for my family of four) When I received my confirmation(after the trip was paid in full) the Cm had made a mistake and put it as a 1 day base ticket plus the waterpark option.
:)
