Changing User Name

How do you do this? I have sent e-mails to the "contact us " people and no one is responding. It's been days. Does anyone have any ideas? Is there a phone number to call?

I'd just log in again from the start and enter all the information again and this time put in a different user id

I wish it was that easy. I tried and was told that I couldn't log in again since I am already registered under this name

Try using another e-mail account besides the one you originally signed up with (get a Hotmail, Yahoo, etc. account if you don't already have one).

You need to ask your question on the Technical Support Board. I'm sure you'll get a quicker/more accurate response there.
