Changing the name on a reservation

I have four 2BR and one 1BR villa reserved for Thanksgiving Week.

As it looks now, one BIL and his family won't make the trip. They're booked in a 2BR. If they drop-out, I'd like to give his villa to the SIL who's currently booked in the 1BR. Then I'd cancel the 1BR.

Is this possible?

Yes, MS will change the name on the reservation for you (just have the name and address when you call) and you can easily cancel any unwanted reservation(s).
