Changing RunDisney bookings

Hi everyone - I was so excited to read about the free dining offer coming out next week that will include our dates! But I'm wondering if we will be able to just adjust our reservation or need to make a completely new one? Our original booking was made through the special events discount available for the Wine & Dine 1/2 marathon. I know we will need to pay rack rate to get the FD offer - but can they do that to a special events reservation? If I need to completely cancel and rebook, what are the odds that we won't end up with a room (Nov 9-16)?

You should just be able to call he regulars reservations phone number and give them your reservation #. They will either change your reservation or book the new one then cancel the old.
